At Hazoorilal Legacy, every piece of jewellery is crafted to be treasured for generations. To offer lasting value and confidence, we provide a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back facility on eligible jewellery purchased from Hazoorilal Legacy, subject to the terms below.

Lifetime Exchange

Eligible jewellery may be exchanged for another piece from the Hazoorilal Legacy collection. The exchange value will be determined based on the prevailing market value of the eligible gold and/or diamond components at the time of exchange, after applicable deductions.

The exchange value can be adjusted against the purchase of another piece. Any difference in value will be payable by the customer.

Lifetime Buy-Back

Eligible jewellery may be considered for buy-back at the prevailing value of the eligible gold and/or diamond components on the date of assessment.

The final buy-back value will be determined after evaluating the jewellery's metal purity, net weight, gemstones/diamonds, condition and applicable deductions.

Eligibility & Conditions

• The original invoice must be presented for all exchange or buy-back requests.

• Jewellery will be subject to inspection and quality assessment by Hazoorilal Legacy.

• The jewellery must be in its original and acceptable condition.

• Pieces that are damaged, altered, chemically treated, repaired, resized, or have missing stones may be subject to deductions or may not qualify.

• Making charges, taxes, discounts and other applicable charges are not included in the exchange or buy-back value unless specifically stated.

• The final valuation will be determined by Hazoorilal Legacy based on the prevailing market rates and the condition of the jewellery.

• Exchange and buy-back are subject to approval following the quality assessment.
