Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Designer located in New Delhi. As a Jewellery Designer at Hazoorilal Legacy, you will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality jewellery pieces. Your day-to-day tasks will include conceptualizing designs, creating design sketches, selecting materials and gemstones, and collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and expertise in jewelry design
• Proficiency in CAD and Coral software and other design tools
• Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and materials used in jewelry making
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in the jeweler industry is a plus
• Degree or certification in jeweler design or a related field is preferred
• We need a hands-on person with experience in designing diamond, polki and zoori
• Collections with a good fashion sense and who can design and also click pictures and has a free hand on drawings etc
• Software experience Corel draw Created sketches of new designs or concepts for rings, necklaces, and other pieces of jewelry
• Developed new products by designing and creating new jewelry pieces or updating existing designs
• Selected materials and gemstones for each design, taking into account quality, budget, and availability
• Managed the jewelry-making process from start to finish, and other members of the team as needed
• Ensured that all products are made to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Approving samples

Work Timings - 11 am to 8 pm
Work Days - Sunday to Sunday week off Monday

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Hazoorilal Legacy in New Delhi. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, communicating with customers and staff, and implementing effective store management strategies. The Store Manager will also be responsible for ensuring retail loss prevention measures are in place.

• Maintain statistical data of the store to utilize in promotions and activities.
• Protecting business integrity by continuously monitoring the store operational procedures(sop’s)
  provided by the company.
• Selecting the appropriate category merchandising mix for respective counters to maximize sales.
• Optimum indenting of stocks and collaterals and improve stock turns, maintain the minimum,
  maximum and reorder level of collaterals of each category group.
• Ensuring “world class” customer service as per the company standards and continuously
  monitoring the quality of customer service through key performance indicators
• Identifying market behaviors in the catchment and competitor activities and suggest
  recommendations.
• Handling a team of 40 members, motivating the team to achieve the sales target by updating
  them with the current trends.

• Experience in branding projects and maintaining brand consistency

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field Creating digital illustrations and graphics.
• Collaborating with the design team to develop and maintain the brand' s visual identity.
• Working on timelines to make sure that the designs are live.
• Creating detailed and unique artwork for the brand Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across various digital platforms, as well as creating stunning graphic assets that enhance brand presence.
• Design compelling marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and other digital and print materials.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform and refine design decisions.
